β€’ Expand the PragerU Kids School Initiative to leading public school districts, charter schools, and private school associations nationally where we are approved partners β€’ Work with the Director of Educational Outreach to align strategies and tactical goals for each state strategically β€’ Collaborate with the Marketing team to penetrate the school market and ensure successful implementation of partnerships β€’ Execute partnership agreements and maximize press coverage for school announcements β€’ Collaborate with Education, Creative, and Content Development teams to create compelling content for the school market β€’ Provide progress reports to the Director of Educational Outreach and internal teams β€’ Project manage state partnerships implementation and press events β€’ Be open to additional opportunities and internal projects as they arise

Requirements

β€’ 7-10+ years of overall work experience, focused on selling to school districts β€’ Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) β€’ Proven experience in partnership development, preferably in the education sector in a sales capacity β€’ Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape and relevant stakeholders β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity β€’ Experience in managing press events and engaging with media outlets is a plus
