📋 Description
• Fully remote position, PST timezone • Immediate start date • Role involves leading development and implementation of web and mobile applications • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the development process • Design and build efficient, reusable, and scalable full-stack solutions • Ensure fast load times, smooth user interactions, and intuitive UI/UX • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers • Optimize workflows using AI tools
🎯 Requirements
• Over 5 years in full-stack development, with significant expertise in React, React Native, and Python • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks such as Django or FastAPI • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS is a plus • Expertise in React, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with performance optimization techniques and mobile CI/CD pipelines • Experience with AI tools to enhance development efficiency and streamline processes • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment • A user-first mindset and the ability to understand complex business requirements to design and implement high-impact solutions • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment • Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth startups is a significant advantage • Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and version control systems. • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
