📋 Description
• Lead and manage the entire SysOps team across Europe. • Build, deploy, manage, and evolve Cloud computing infrastructure. • Define standards and best practices in the SysOps domain. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure best practices. • Ensure reliability, flexibility, scalability, and security. • Oversee and contribute to the prevention and investigation of production issues. • Foster innovation and provide mentorship to junior engineers. • Monitor and improve system performance across infrastructure. • Lead regular cross-team communication and performance reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a SysOps Engineer or in a similar role. • Proficient in AWS. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Polish nationality required. • AWS certification required. • Access to a co-working space or comfortable with full-time remote work. • Ability to adjust to local working hours.
