📋 Description
• Coordinate and supervise the defense of individual and class action claims. • Represent the Company in defensive litigation and other legal proceedings. • Prepare and file legal documents, discovery materials, and pleadings. • Guide the Company’s attorneys in support of litigation activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor Degree required. • Current license to practice; multiple states preferred. • A minimum of eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Prior litigation experience is required. • Familiarity with federal and state laws related to consumer credit and collections.
