Description
• Unity Developer will be responsible for developing and optimizing interactive, language-focused, avatar-based games and exercises within the Praktika app. • Working closely with our Game Design, Product, and Methodology teams. • Developing, implementing, and optimizing game exercises and interactive features using Unity. • Optimize game performance for mobile devices to ensure smooth and responsive gameplay. • Integrate 3D assets, animations, sound effects, and other interactive elements into the Unity environment. • Stay updated on Unity advancements and best practices. • Identify and fix bugs, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure all game elements function seamlessly across devices. • Rapidly prototype new game concepts and features, iterating based on testing, user feedback, and performance data. • Work closely with the Game Design and Methodology teams.
Requirements
• 5 + years of experience as a Unity Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile or educational game projects • Experience with mobile game optimization for iOS and Android platforms • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Passion for educational technology and a commitment to creating meaningful, engaging user experiences • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to iteration and improvement • Proficiency in C# and Unity, with a deep understanding of game mechanics, physics, and animation • 3D model editing and optimization (Blender) • Aesthetic and Visual Quality Optimization (Lighting, Post-Processing, Visual Effects) • Asset Bundles creation and optimization • Familiarity with advanced animation systems (knowledge of Playables is a plus) • Shader editing/creation (Amplify, Shader Graph) • Knowledge of Odin Serializer • Experience of Lipsync integration
