There’s an empty seat here with your name on it. • If you're looking for an opportunity to join an ambitious team that is singularly focused on doing great work with great people, we'd love to hear from you! • As an Account Director, you'll lead the day-to-day on integrated accounts, shaping creative strategies for earned, social and influencer campaigns. • You'll oversee budgets, workflows and staffing, while providing coaching and development for your team. • You'll manage client communications, from strategic discussions to presentations, ensuring alignment with client objectives. • You’ll use data insights to continuously refine strategies, optimize KPIs and drive results. • As a trusted advisor, you’ll be a key partner to your clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships that foster trust and collaboration.

In the spirit of transparency, we typically offer salaries within the 25th to 75th percentiles and cannot exceed the maximum listed.
