• Praytell is a creative communications agency powered by teams with strategic minds and spirited hearts. • As a Senior Designer, you will conceptualize, ideate, and design assets for digital and print mediums that align with client brand guidelines while infusing fresh and innovative ideas. • Serve as the go-to designer for best-in-class presentations and decks for the new business team. • Create scroll-stopping and visually engaging content for social media. • Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative directors to transform creative briefs into compelling designs. • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative output. • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, helping them develop their skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a designer in a PR/earned or creative agency environment, ideally suited for designers looking to advance to a senior designer role. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design programs (especially Google Slides). • Experience in creating dynamic video and motion design, as well as leveraging in-app graphics, is a plus. • Your portfolio demonstrates a strong understanding of social media and communications design across consumer and tech industries. • Ambitious & entrepreneurial • Flexible & adaptable • Meticulous & organized • Creative thinker & problem solver • Inquisitive & eager to learn • Collaborative & team-oriented • Honest & ethical • Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging

Benefits
