Description

• Precision for Medicine is seeking a Patient Engagement Strategy Director. • Develop patient engagement strategies to optimize clinical trial participation, retention, and compliance. • Lead the pre-award patient engagement strategy service for the organization. • Conduct comprehensive patient feasibility assessments to understand potential barriers for participants. • Identify and leverage innovative approaches to enhance patient trial access and experience. • Support Business Development in client meetings and bid defense presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in patient engagement, proposals, or business development in clinical research, and/or demonstrated competencies in the key requirements of the role. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient engagement strategies. • Experience in conducting patient feasibility assessments. • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Comprehensive understanding of drug development processes, clinical research, and regulatory requirements. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Passion for patient-centric approaches and improving patient experiences in clinical trials. • High level of integrity and ethical standards. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Fluency in English • Demonstrated understanding of financial management. • Collects and analyzes data of a consistently high standard.
