📋 Description
• Responsible for owning contracting operations and project coordination • Lead all contract operations and see it through to project coordination • Drafting and supporting the revision process on all client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts • Utilizing Precision’s legal platform to track and advance all documents through the contracting process • Supporting the tracking of key terms and conditions within client MSA documents • Tracking down purchase orders with clients as needed • Archiving all supporting documents in an organized manner • Assist the Project Manager by ensuring timely data capture and accuracy in project setup • Act as primary point of contact for client invoicing
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years supporting project administration operations and experience working with Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong attention to details • Exceptional follow up skills • Familiarity with HEOR and/or Market Access and Pricing Strategy as it relates to healthcare consulting a plus • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical, business, or operational field
