Description

• Responsible for planning and directing all marketing and sales activities. • Main point of contact for external clients and potential partners. • Designing and implementing a sales plan focused on securing new and repeat business. • Identify leads, qualify sponsors, and conduct meetings to secure RFPs. • Coordinating with the Leadership Team to bring in new business. • Representing the company at trade shows and events. • Working closely with Marketing to design a supporting program. • Maintaining relationships with partner organizations and updating metrics tracking software. • Providing feedback to the Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline or an alternate combination of education and experience in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline may be accepted as a substitute • 12 years or more experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, including experience at Director level, with a proven track record in securing and winning new business, or alternative combination of research and CRO experience and demonstrated competencies in the key requirements for the role • Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays
