• Elevate your career and make a significant impact as a Business Development Manager for 24Restore, a division of Cotton Holdings, Inc. • You will play a pivotal part in expanding our brand footprint by cultivating relationships and driving sales in various verticals such as multi-family, commercial office buildings, healthcare, housing authority, education, insurance, hospitality management, and municipalities. • Join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success within the disaster restoration market.

Requirements

• Marketing/Business degree, related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, conducting B2B sales and business development activities across commercial markets • Proven sales experience and established relationships with the development of new and existing client base with key decision makers (ex: executive level personnel). • Ability to travel 50% locally in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as business needs require • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies
