• Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and reconciliations. • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and financial reporting. • Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. • Collaborate with team members to implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and dialysis industry regulations. • Provide insights for budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Develop and maintain proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

Requirements

• CPA certification is required with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. • Experience in the healthcare or dialysis industry preferred. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Demonstrated desire and capability to grow into a Controller position.
