• Oversee vision strategy and operational planning for clinical trials • Provide direction within the Premier Applied Sciences leadership team • Mentor and develop direct reports aligned with Clinical Trials Innovations initiatives • Assume primary responsibility for research study design • Knowledgeful in advanced analytics technology to enhance operational conduct of clinical studies • Integrate use of multiple data sources and leverage machine learning and AI for data analysis
Requirements
• 10 or more years of experience • Bachelors degree • MD in any field • Advanced Statistical Modeling • Clinical Study Protocols • Clinical Trial Recruitment • Leadership of cross functional teams • Self-starter able to solve complicated problems and navigate system-level barriers • Business and financial acumen • Master’s Degree, MD, PhD in epidemiology, healthcare informatics, or applicable experience
