📋 Description
• Working under the direction of senior counsel, providing legal support and day-to-day contracting needs for technology and consulting divisions. • Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and approving a variety of legal documents. • Conducting training sessions on legal matters and counseling business teams on compliance. • Interacting with various stakeholders and providing clear, actionable legal guidance. • Researching legal issues and assisting senior counsel with various projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctorate (Required) • At least 7 years strong transactional experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and negotiating contracts. • Healthcare transactional and regulatory experience. • Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations (specifically, HIPAA, the HITECH Act and Anti-Kickback Statute) • Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively with professionals having various backgrounds.
