• Provide senior level second tier product support for Supply Analytics solutions • Solve high priority and complex issues • Research and resolve complex application inquiries/issues • Assist customers with questions and transfer knowledge to less experienced staff • Quality assurance and testing new functionality

Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • Exceptional customer service; communication and presentation skills • Advanced analytical and computer skills • Confidence interacting with customers in contentious situations • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks • Knowledge of Salesforce • Bachelors
