• Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. • Resolve basic and routine customer issues. • Guide members through their benefits plan and regulations. • Build a trusting relationship with members. • Anticipate customer needs and provide additional information. • Process claims, appeals, and medical necessity verification. • Educate providers on self-service options and assist with credentialing. • Review member claim history for accurate benefits tracking. • Maintain financial data as necessary.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred. • Experience in a production environment.
