Description

• Customer Support: Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, delivering exceptional service and timely solutions. • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional, empathetic, and effective manner. • Product Knowledge: Provide accurate, up-to-date information about our products, services, policies, and processes. • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing exchanges or refunds. • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized recommendations and assistance. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and feedback, using our CRM system. • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. • Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after resolutions, ensuring that customers are happy with the outcome. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute feedback and ideas for process improvements and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is preferred but not required. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide quick, effective solutions. • Empathy & Patience: Ability to stay calm and empathetic in stressful or challenging situations, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Tech Savvy: Comfort with using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Team-Oriented: A positive attitude and willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals. • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
