Description

• The Sales Support Representative assists in providing client support services to sales people and client segments. • They resolve problems through technical experience and concise information exchange. • Responsibilities include dealer enrollments, technical support, training, and handling communication with dealers.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of field sales or retail service experience • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills • Must be flexible and reliable • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly • Ability to navigate through multiple systems • Must have high energy and be self-motivated • Must be able to multi-task and respond • Demonstrated relationship building skills • Prior call center experience a plus
