Description

β€’ The Customer Service Representative serves patients as their first point of contact with the practice. β€’ This position is responsible for computerized appointment scheduling and managing provider schedules for maximum productivity. β€’ Responds to customer inquiries and maintains records of interactions. β€’ Verifies patient insurance coverage and schedules appointments following company protocol.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent. β€’ Prior medical practice experience preferred. β€’ Knowledge and prior experience with insurance verifications and patient accounts preferred. β€’ Computer proficient with working knowledge of computer applications. β€’ Prior experience with EMR preferred. β€’ Ability to speak, read and write effectively. β€’ Demonstrates proper telephone etiquette. β€’ Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to work independently without direct supervision. β€’ Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines, in a detail-oriented manner.
