β€’ Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. β€’ Identify and resolve client issues by troubleshooting, answering questions, and providing information about products or services. β€’ Assist clients with account setup, updates, and other service-related requests to ensure a smooth experience. β€’ Gather and record customer feedback to help improve services and identify opportunities for enhancement. β€’ Work closely with the product and service teams to relay client needs and ensure seamless service delivery. β€’ Accurately document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. β€’ Experience in a customer service role preferred. β€’ Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. β€’ Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
