Description

• Managing the CEO’s calendar, including email, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of time. • Assisting in preparing and organizing documents for meetings, presentations, and other executive communications. • Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Facilitating internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between the CEO, team members, and external partners. • Supporting the executive team in project management and execution, ensuring deadlines are met and projects align with our strategic goals. • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and expenses. • Conducting research and preparing reports that support decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in an ecommerce or tech-oriented environment. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in remote communication tools. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. • Experience in managing complex schedules and travel arrangements. • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office management tools (Google Suite, Email Clients, Project Management Software, Slack) and the ability to adapt to new technologies. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Educational background in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
