Description

•The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Budget & Business Team by enforcing work standards and providing expert guidance in budgeting, financial analysis, and business operations. •This role demands strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of real property financial management within the federal government.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or an MBA. •Minimum of five (5) years managing financial obligations and commitments for programs/projects related to real property financial management in the federal government. •At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience. •Experience assisting government agencies with audits. •Familiarity with budget and finance functions related to real property management in the federal government. •Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Professional Engineer (PE) license, or Architectural Registration (license). •Expertise in improving business processes in the context of federal infrastructure and construction. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with cross-functional teams.
