📋 Description
• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports to meet organizational needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. • Maintain strict adherence to accounting standards, including US GAAP, IFRS, and European regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of compliance. • Inspire and guide the Accounting team by identifying growth opportunities, providing mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture. • Champion initiatives to enhance financial processes, implementing efficient and scalable solutions while developing robust internal controls. • Work seamlessly with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and other departments to strengthen financial controls and maintain compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Active CPA license required. • At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. • Background in Big 4 Accounting. • Expertise in European financial operations, taxes, and compliance. • Experience in the SaaS industry, including playing a key role in a business exit. • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and European regulatory standards. • Proficiency in NetSuite and other financial software tools. • A proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. • Significant experience leading and collaborating with multicultural teams, especially across Europe.
