• A busy criminal defense practice in SC is seeking an experienced criminal defense lawyer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • This position is ideal for a skilled legal professional who thrives in research, analysis, and drafting without courtroom commitments. • Working closely with a senior partner, you will provide essential support on complex criminal cases by preparing high-quality legal research, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in criminal defense law. • Strong research and writing skills, with demonstrated experience in drafting complex legal documents. • Knowledge of South Carolina criminal law is a plus but not mandatory. • Member in good standing with a state bar. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
