Description
• A national litigation firm specializing in property subrogation, has an opening for an associate attorney (full time position) for its Corona, CA location. • Handle files during the pre-litigation phase. • Handle matters during litigation, including conducting written discovery, preparing motions, handling depositions, and handling trials. • Interacting with clients and attending marketing functions. • The firm is looking for two 5 plus years’ experienced litigation attorneys.
Requirements
• Candidates should be licensed to practice in the State of CA. Though, candidates will also practice in other states. • 5+ years of litigation experience. • Strong writing and communication skills.
