Description

• Prepare quality pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memos, and correspondence. • Manage discovery, document production, and other necessary case functions. • Support all aspects of caseload management. • Conduct client meetings remotely (video/call). • Effectively communicate with clients to execute strategic plans and manage client expectations.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of Family Law experience. • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • 1+ years of family law experience in Maryland, Virginia and/or DC • Admission to a Maryland, Virginia and/or DC and in Good Standing. • Must have excellent writing, research, and communication skills. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, along with a keen attention to detail.
