Description

•Drive operational excellence and efficiency within Legal and Compliance through innovative solutions. •Support efficiency, build capacity, and drive strategic initiatives across Legal and Compliance functions. •Streamline operations, implement technology tools, and manage various operational and project management needs. •Implement and manage technology tools, collecting and analyzing key metrics for data-driven decision making. •Assist with building presentations and decks for internal stakeholders. •Provide support around contracting efforts, managing contract requests and ensuring efficient document handling.

Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in legal operations with a strong understanding of startup environments, including project management and contract workflows. •Bonus points if you have a paralegal certificate. •Proven ability to implement and manage technology tools, streamline workflows and drive projects to completion. •Analytical mindset and solution-driven, with experience in building scalable processes, managing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement. •Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities with a collaborative mindset that works well cross-functionally across teams.
