• Primer’s People team is here to build a great, sustainable business - and we know that our people are our competitive advantage. • We recognise the monumental shift in the world of work in recent years and understand our role in redefining the employee experience to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our ‘Primigos’. • We’ve been fully remote and globally-distributed since we founded in 2019 and are committed to fostering an empowering culture anchored on trust and flexibility. • Our team operates with a Product mindset, meaning we take a user-centric approach to building our employee experience and deliver value by developing products that help Primigos to do their best work. • We work to clear metrics like NPS, eLTV and CAC, ruthlessly prioritise our time and budget on efforts that deliver the highest ROI, and are obsessed with finding smarter ways to work with automation and AI. • We expect our People Partners to bring t-shaped skills; with broad abilities across the entire employee lifecycle and a strong understanding of the dependencies of each, coupled with a spike in either ‘backend’ or ‘frontend’ skills.
• End-to-End People Ops: Broad experience and insight across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll to offboarding. • Product-driven mindset: You bring a “first principles” approach to problem-solving, always iterating, testing, and refining processes to keep pace with organisational growth. • Scale-up experience: Proven ability to execute in high-growth environments, ideally within a remote working environment with global reach. • User-centric approach: You understand that People Ops is not one-size-fits-all, and you have experience building personalised, user-friendly solutions. • Proficiency in backend OR frontend specialisations, incl. combination: Backend: Deep knowledge in payroll, compliance, data analysis, and systems design. Frontend: Proven track record in creating intuitive, tech-enabled, user-centric people products, global employee relations, coaching.
