• At PrizePicks, we are the fastest growing sports company in North America. • As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues. • Our team of over 450 employees thrives in an inclusive culture. • PrizePicks is seeking a superstar Senior Product Manager to lead the charge on our Pick ‘Em Product Team. • You'll be a strategic owner, driving the vision, planning, and execution of features that elevate the user experience. • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for user-facing features of our core Pick ‘Em product. • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our products. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to relentless prioritization and ongoing optimization. • Work closely with engineers, designers, and a variety of stakeholder groups. • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with relevant experience within the DFS, gaming, sports tech or tangential industries • A proven track record of shipping successful products that customers love and drive business growth. • Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, a deep empathy for our customers, and a desire to mentor less experienced product managers. • Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. • A strategic mindset with a knack for translating business goals into actionable product initiatives. • Self-driven ambition with a sense of urgency and a knack for taking audibles in stride and adapting in a high-paced environment. • A strong understanding of user research methodologies and a constant desire to learn.
