📋 Description

• The Sr Director, Product Management is a critical role in managing the on-market FirstLook Lung screening test leveraging the innovative fragmentomic technology pioneered by DELFI Diagnostics. • In this position, you’ll define the strategic direction of the portfolio and drive adoption of the test. • You will also represent user needs internally and distill these into prioritized product requirements that enhance the value for users. • This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional product leader to work on cutting edge technology. • This is an individual contributor position.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field. • 7+ years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or related industries. • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI-based healthcare or diagnostic products. • Ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment. • Knowledge and proven experience following formal product development process (PDP) and/or Design Control for diagnostic, IVD or life science products is required. • Strong design-thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset. • A postgraduate degree qualification, e.g., Ph.D., MBA, MS. • Experience with clinical lab operations, molecular diagnostics (NGS a plus), or order-to-cash processes. • Experience working with health systems and pharma. • Background in business strategy, such as management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
