📋 Description

• Prochant is seeking qualified individuals for a project manager/Database Admin position. • The role is responsible for several areas that are key to success for Prochant. • The Project Manager will assist the leadership team with bringing projects to completion on time, on or under budget. • Assist with the transition of new clients to our services and adding processes for existing clients. • Analyze client systems, assist with setup, update/maintain pricing files. • Encourage customers to embrace the Prochant best practices. • Requires strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct each project. • Client Transition Management: Assist in the seamless transition of new clients to Prochant's services. • Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor progress and generate regular reports. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Database Management: Monitor clients' inventory and pricing files. • Other Duties as Assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Infusion, Billing Software, or healthcare experience required • Comfortable speaking in front of small groups • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
