• Support the development of Procore’s long-term growth strategy • Independently drive ideation and development of strategic opportunities • Discover relevant innovations and trends for mid to long-term growth • Design and lead innovation workshops for emerging trends • Leverage analysis to develop growth models and investment recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and an MBA are highly desirable • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, innovation management, product strategy, and/or corporate strategy at a technology company • Experience in market research, data and trend analysis, design thinking, opportunity assessments, and financial modeling • Proven track record of independently designing and managing cross-functional programs • Sophisticated data and quantitative aptitude and problem-solving capabilities • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities • Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience in enterprise software / SaaS is highly desirable
