Description

• Oversee and manage complex technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers to develop and execute technical services based solutions. • Help define and work with the team to communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and personnel for client facing technical initiatives, development and integration projects. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. • Travel up to 30-40%.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of delivering successful projects for Fortune 500 clients. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.). • Identification and understanding of technical concepts and issues in order to ask critical questions and hold teams accountable. • Intermediate knowledge of APIs, including RESTful architecture, HTTP methods and authentication mechanisms. • Ability to communicate effectively with developers about API requirements and integrations. • Intermediate knowledge level of database concepts and relational databases. • Understanding of SQL queries. • Intermediate knowledge of development lifecycle. • Familiarity working with Jira and Agile systems. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
