• Remote • About Us: Procurement Partners builds easy-to-use software that lets healthcare organizations automate their purchasing, inventory management, and invoicing. • We help thousands of facilities, and their staff reduce expenses and time spent procuring items, allowing them to increase the time available where it matters most—caring for their patients and residents. • Procurement Partners now includes both OnCare & Hybrent product lines, making us the fastest-growing procure-to-pay software company in healthcare. • We are backed by a growth-oriented investment firm that is scaling up rapidly, and we want you to join our organization! • If you have a passion for technology, enjoy providing value to customers, and are looking for a company that will help you develop your career, we want to talk to you! • About the Role: We are looking for a Supplier GTM Manager to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, supplier acquisition, and revenue growth. • This role will focus on developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives that attract, onboard, and optimize supplier participation in our platform. • Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Supplier, this position plays a key role in accelerating supplier monetization and driving engagement through targeted campaigns, strategic sales efforts, and data-driven decision-making. • In addition to sales and marketing execution, this role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to optimize supplier engagement and monetization. • The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, ideally with a background in management consulting, strategy, or business development. • This is an opportunity to influence company-wide supplier initiatives, lead data-driven decision-making, and work on high-impact projects that drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, sales, or marketing, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and working with stakeholders across marketing, product, and finance. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
