Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management required, preferably in the diagnostic or healthcare industry. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization and partner organizations. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the health sector desirable. • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
