📋 Description

• Provide technical thought leadership of new or evolution to existing platform within a specific technology discipline through ideation, design, and initial implementation • Documents and defines technology implementation/practice guidelines • Coordination of implementation plans with program/project management to meet delivery timelines • Mentor internal and external implementation stakeholders on ‘best fit’ and ‘appropriate use’ of technology to meet business objectives • Maintain awareness of relevant industry and vendor roadmaps updates and knowledge-sharing events to maintain currency for organization • Monitors the ongoing implementation and utilization of specific technologies for ‘drift’ and realignment to shared best practices/implementation guidelines • Leads evaluation of solutions with balanced understanding of non-functional quality goals (ISO 25010 / Q42) against cost/implementation constraints • Leads learning sessions (lunch and learn, conference debriefs, tech talks, etc.) with both technical stakeholders and broader corporate community as relevant • Supports technical roadmap development in conjunction with engineering leadership • Participates in relevant industry conference/working groups to act as bidirectional ‘ambassador’ on shaping effective technical roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as expert-level hands-on technology advocate • Large-scale / complex implementation experience with target technology • Work experience with moderate-to-large distributed engineering teams • 10+ years working in software engineering discipline • Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
