Description

Customer Success Manager ensures customers receive maximum value from project44 products•Partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure best use of the product•Summarize product feedback and advocate for customers with internal teams•Educate customers on new products and features•Serve as main contact for customers•Monitor customer health and develop success plans•Facilitate Executive Business Reviews•Manage multiple accounts to ensure success and satisfaction•Identify upsell opportunities•Maintain knowledge of logistics industry and technology trends

Requirements

Experience working with fast-growth technology company, strongly preferred•Experience working with a SaaS or platform product, strongly preferred•Knowledge of supply chain, preferred•At least 7 years of experience working with enterprise customers in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering or Consulting•Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and in large groups of people•Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done•Organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines•Highly customer-oriented attitude•Excellent verbal and written English and German; fluency in either Italian, Spanish, French is advantageous•Some travel for key customer meetings and events
