Description

• Responsible for ensuring that Pressmaster.ai clients achieve their desired outcomes and have a positive experience with our platform. • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers leverage our technology to meet their PR and media goals. • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients to familiarize them with Pressmaster.ai’s features and functionalities. • Develop and deliver training materials, including tutorials, webinars, and documentation, to empower clients to use the platform effectively. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions. • Act as the primary point of contact in Customer Relationship Management for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Develop and execute strategies to help clients achieve their PR objectives and drive platform adoption. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Pressmaster.ai services based on client needs and usage patterns. • Monitor client engagement and usage of the platform to ensure they are deriving maximum value. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues clients may encounter with the platform. • Collaborate with the support and product teams to address and escalate complex problems. • Gather and analyze client feedback to understand their needs and challenges. • Work with the product and engineering teams to advocate for product enhancements and new features based on customer input. • Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are prioritized. • Share best practices and success stories to foster a community of engaged and successful users. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pressmaster.ai’s features, industry trends, and competitive landscape (Documentation and Knowledge Management). • Contribute to the development and refinement of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and help guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. • Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies and their application in the media and PR sectors. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive client success. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional setting.
