Description

• Ensure clients achieve desired outcomes with Pressmaster.ai platform. • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients. • Develop and deliver training materials to empower clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins. • Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. • Develop strategies to help clients achieve PR objectives. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Monitor client engagement and provide performance reports. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by clients. • Advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback. • Share best practices to foster a community of engaged users. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. • Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies and their application in the media and PR sectors. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive client success. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional setting.
