Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within the SaaS or supply chain technology sectors. β€’ Experience managing large sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth. β€’ Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with business objectives. β€’ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. β€’ Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with executives, customers, and partners at all levels. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales technology. Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
