β’ Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team. β’ In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new client relationships and driving revenue for our service lines. β’ You will focus on sales development, outbound outreach, lead generation, lead nurturing, and converting marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs). β’ This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with the marketing and client development teams to generate new business and grow our client base. β’ Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
β’ Experience: 2+ years experience in tele-prospecting and marketing campaigns in a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record in driving a network of contacts and prospects. Experience in selling technology security and compliance services is highly preferred. β’ CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, HubSpot experience is highly preferred. β’ Sales Process Success: Demonstrated success in supporting the sales process to achieve revenue targets. β’ Communication Skills: Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. β’ Resilience and Motivation: Ability to maintain energy, optimism, and a positive attitude in challenging times. β’ Technical Tools: Experience with sales intelligence tools (SalesIntel, ZoomInfo) is highly advantageous.
