📋 Description

• Empower Prokeep customers to achieve unprecedented growth by driving brand awareness, boosting customer engagement, and generating high-quality leads through performance marketing, social marketing, content development, website optimization, and digital advertising. • Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation campaigns, focusing on inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads. • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. • Oversee and implement SEO best practices, content strategies, and conversion rate optimization to enhance organic visibility and website performance. • Own email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, nurture campaigns, drip sequences, and marketing automation to engage and convert leads. • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, paid search, webinars, and content marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Build lead nurturing workflows that effectively engage prospects through personalized email campaigns, marketing automation, and lead scoring. • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and lead-to-customer conversion, continually optimizing the lead funnel for better results. • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and digital ad performance. • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution. • Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine demand generation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company. • Proven success in designing and executing data-driven demand generation strategies. • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms. • Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) and conducting A/B testing. • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
