• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years OR Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in software sales to life sciences • Proven ability to target key accounts and manage territory • Experience selling software into life sciences R&D space preferred • Proven network with Pharma and CRO senior leadership is a plus • Knowledge in digital pathology, image analysis, data management, and AI solutions is a plus • Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals • Willingness to travel (minimum 35-40%) • Ability to work independently in a non-hierarchical company • Fluent in business English, verbal and written
