📋 Description

• We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the ProShop ERP Sales Team. • This role is all about energy and speed! • You will work with the Sales team to hit our company’s sales goals. • As an SDR, you will spot potential clients, create new business opportunities, and keep those leads flowing through the sales pipeline. • This role involves making a lot of cold calls at a high velocity. • We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the Austin, TX area • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable converting cold conversations into new opportunities • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and adaptability to change • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development
