Description

• The work impacts millions of lives, helping to protect customers against uncertainties. • The Executive Benefits Team helps employers finance employee retirement benefits. • Requires guidance of Executive Benefit Inforce Operations team managing administrative support staff. • Assumes ownership of admin team workloads and provides communication to senior management regarding processing statistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; high school diploma required. • Current FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 preferred; must obtain SIE and Series 6 within one year if not currently held. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance and/or financial field. • Variable life or annuity experience a plus. • Prior experience in leadership and/or people management strongly preferred. • Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to summarize broad concepts into reviewable data; solution-oriented mindset. • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse customer group and handle challenging conversations. • Ability to master different systems for daily operations support. • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment. • Assumes ownership of workloads and service standards and communicates effectively to senior management. • Maintaining productivity & quality at or above team standard. • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
