Description
• Senior Compensation Consultant instrumental in development and ongoing administration of compensation programs. • Research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans. • Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective.
Requirements
• 5 years of Compensation experience including data collection and analysis. • Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications. • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred). • Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred). • Healthcare experience (preferred). • Union environment experience (preferred).
