β€’ Senior Compensation Consultant instrumental in development and ongoing administration of compensation programs. β€’ Research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans. β€’ Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective.

Requirements

β€’ 5 years of Compensation experience including data collection and analysis. β€’ Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications. β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred). β€’ Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred). β€’ Healthcare experience (preferred). β€’ Union environment experience (preferred).
