• Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Claims Specialist, Medicaid who will process claims for members, providers, and employers. • Provide and interpret detailed benefit, eligibility, and premium information. • Respond to claim inquiries. • Resolve member issues or concerns. • Correctly analyze and adjudicate claims.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with claims or customer service or accounting • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) • 2+ years' customer service experience in healthcare or insurance (preferred) • 2+ years' experience processing insurance claims (preferred) • 2+ years' experience in membership accounting (preferred)
