Description

• Serve as a key member of the REH Business Operations team • Play a critical role in developing and tracking systems, processes, and activities for key strategic initiatives • Manage REH business processes across geographic regions • Provide thought partnership to VPs and senior leaders • Ensure business cases are met from financial and operational perspectives • Maintain relationships with various levels of leadership within the PSJH system • Optimize REH service models and maximize revenue generation • Create an environment of robust business acumen • Perform duties to promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or another related business field of study • 6 years of experience in finance, business administration or operational business management • 3 years of experience working in a complex integrated delivery systems • 2+ years of experience working with and managing geographically dispersed / virtual teams (preferred) • 2+ years of experience working in health care (preferred)
