• We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and has experience with Shopify to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. • As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via email. • Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction. • Keep track of customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. • Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation. • Utilize Shopify to manage customer orders, resolve issues, and process refunds or exchanges when necessary.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal). • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. • Experience with Shopify is a must. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer support. • Proficiency in using email and basic computer applications.
