Description

• Serve as primary consultant for brokers and strategic clients • Interact and create relationships with brokers, client executives, human resource personnel, and others • Work with brokers and consultants to identify business needs and create custom solutions • Lead vendor (PBM) strategies including procurement efforts, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor management • Provide oversight during account implementation and advocate for the broker and client • Lead development and management of the RFP process for clients

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of PBM and specialty pharmacy environment (2 years minimum experience) • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and client relationship management • Ability to develop strategies and implement programs for client Rx benefit programs • Strong experience with Broker, TPA and Captive markets • Strong clinical and financial analysis skills including: Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Travel required, 25+% • Pharmacy background with bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or PharmD/RPh strongly preferred • Business development experience preferred
